Enrolment for 2027
Join Whanganui Girls’ College in 2027!
A place to build confidence, explore your interests and feel part of a community. Discover what WGC can offer your daughter, arrange a visit or start her enrolment application.
A Place to Learn and Belong
Choosing a school is an important decision. We invite you and your daughter to meet our people, see the school in action and talk with us about her interests, learning and hopes for the future.
Our ASTRA mentoring programme and pastoral team support students as they navigate school life. We work with students and whānau to encourage progress, build confidence and respond when support is needed.
Students experience a broad range of learning in the junior school before exploring subject choices and pathways in the senior years. Learning support and extension opportunities help students develop their strengths and take their next steps.
From cultural activities and the performing arts to sport, clubs and student leadership, there are many ways to contribute, try something new and connect with others.
See WGC through our students
Get a glimpse of school life through the people who know it best: our students.
